COSTING AND ESTIMATION
• Knowledge of using SAP for creating Minor Maintenance Ticket (MMT), NOTIFICATION, ordering of materials from Material
yard (DPC) needed to be used for the maintenance of the plant.
• Reviews tender documents & prepares initial tender assessment form. Reads tender drawings and do Material take Off.
• Read; interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer generated reports.
• Follows up contract award and allocation of responsibility, initiate sub-contracts (if applicable) and purchase orders in
accordance with the Company Procedures.
• Estimates man hours/man days required to carry out all the works in company’s scope.
• Reviews Release Purchase Orders/Contract Documents & Comments, if required before passing to the project manager for
billing.
• Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedules and supply of materials required to
maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
HVAC SYSTEMS
• Can lead for the cleaning of condenser tubes on chillers, i.e. applying chemicals, Roding using mechanical Roding.
