Self-efficacy Employment Active Education plan: Passing & >90% attendance Attainment of GED or HS Diploma 2 years of college or certificate Job readiness, attendance & punctuality  & skill acquisition at MTW Post MTW employment; stability & quality of job “ My first priority is to graduate High School. The plans that I have been working on in my YOU job are: getting my college applications in, creating a budget, getting a bank account, and looking at more colleges.”
