 Practice Firms do not exchange real goods or money
  but develop and emulate all business procedures and
  functions
 In this realistic environment participants gain positive
  outcomes, key skills and experience.
 Participants have the opportunity to develop their
  technical know-how and are exposed to various
  currencies and languages
    20% of the Practice Firm program involves
             job search activities including mock
             interviews and workshops
 Committed to 30 hours/week


 Lead an active job search


 Monday-Friday 9:00-3:30pm
   Youth 18-30 years

   Reside in Huron or Perth County

   Have a clear employment goal

   Possess skills/education for desired position
