• We have to match the needs of the citizens and
performance on the quality of services being
delivered to appreciate the story and to effectively
change our programs and policies.
• We must also look at the outputs and their effects on
hospital care to recognize their impact.
• There needs to be accountability and benchmarking
to have an influence on sustainability and
improvements to the system.
