30. • One country is not able to do much for climate of this planet –
one sector is not able to do much for a country in front of
climate change.
• We should develop the cross-sector strategy and co-operate
with others like: agriculture and rural areas, industries and
energy, , regions and landscape/spatial planning, tourism and
recreation, finance, health, science, education and research.
By this way we have to build a kind of “Green Economy” .
• The best place and adequate framework to implement crosssector strategy is National Forest Program where all rules of
common responsibility and cooperation are respected and all
interests of all forest stakeholders should be presented.
