What Makes The Human Imagination In Alien
Alien is truly amazing from beginning to end as the hands on effort and
imagination of Ridley Scott is stunning, even in this day and age of special effects
and CGI. The designs of Giger are wildly indigenous and memorable and the editing
by Terry Rawlings was the best thing I seen for a 1979 movie, making for a perfect
storm of a horror flick. No one who has seen Alienwill ever forget the dinner scene,
one of the most dramatic even to be shown to a thoughtless viewer. Even the actors
were unaware of what was coming down, maximizing the effect of the event.
Film monsters can never get any scarier than the Alien. It is almost always dangerous

reality or the human imagination that can top this creature that we barely get to see

chomping, gut and head banging nightmare is terrifying.

Geography
The Galapagos Islands are volcanic Islands that are situated on the equator as well as
on both sides of the equator. They are 536 miles west of Ecuador. The Galapagos
Islands are considered part of Ecuador. The Galapagos Islands consists of 18 main
islands, 3 smaller islands and 107 rocks and inlets.
The Islands are located on a tectonic plate which is moving east/southeast diving
under the South American plate at a rate of about 2.5 inches per year. The Islands
are on top of a place where the earth s crust is being melted from below by a mantle
plume creating volcanoes. This place is called the Galapagos hotspot. Because of its
location on the equator, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands experience very little

Climate
From June until November the temperature by the sea is around 72 degrees

Blue Duck took advantage of most of people in the town by kidnaping and lying to

Reading in the beginning of the novel, the protagonist characters really were laid
back on the way they worked at the Hat Creek Cattle Company. They didn t to
much care on how they did at their business of operation. The protagonist
characters only got serious and focused when working when there was a problem
occuring at their jobs. When reading the book and getting more in depth, Gus and
Woodrow had a change of heart when wanting to leave the Rio Grande and head to

At the beginning of doing my research I was not sure what Organizational culture
was. In fact, I thought it some kind of innocuous entity with no real meaning at all,
but I now know that it is so much more than that. Organizational culture is a
companies back bone that determines the type of organization that it will be and
what it values above all else. It also determines if it will have a healthy organizational
cultureor not and with it a great company can be constructed or demolished. The
seven steps of a healthy or unhealthy organizational culture can be found in any
company whether it be in public or private sectors. The difference and important part
is how a company implements these stages, in using these seven stages with
deliberate purpose and putting in the effort necessary an organization can keep a
healthy culture within it. Nevertheless, if an organization just leaves its culture and
let it become what it may then anything can happen but without constant care and
forethought it is likely not to work out for the best. In both healthy and unhealthy
culture there are seven key factors that make them distinguishable to the outside or
inside observer. The first is innovation and risk a company that encourages its
employees to take risks and think of new innovative ways to do things is well on its
