Cup-lock Scaffolding is a
temporary structure used to
support a slab, work crew and
materials to aid in the construction,
maintenance and repair of
buildings, bridges and all other
man-made structures.
Cup-lock’s key feature is its unique circular node point which
allows up to 4 horizontals to be connected to a vertical in a
single fastening action-making it probably the fastest and safest
system available.
Cup-lock Scaffolding is a multi-purpose system
suitable for access and support in all types of
construction of building & Civil engineering project.

Benefits
Muscat Scaffolding ‘Decking and Infill’ is a
traditional option for slab support, but still enjoys
many advantages, ensuring it is still a popular
choice among contractors.
The drophead system allows for extremely rapid
cycle times (7-day cycle on average) and the
rugged steel components reduce damage costs.
Overall the system is simple, familiar, rugged,
safe and extremely cost-effective.
Muscat Scaffolding Cuplock with H20 top structure
uses traditional Cuplock with high performance H20
composite timber beam. This fusion creates a very
effective solution for medium to high slabs and can
prove extremely economical and very stable.
Using Cuplock as falsework means it is still simple
and flexible and by using H20 as in the top structure
speeds up erection saving time and money.
SLABSOLUTIONS
Decking & Infill H20 Beams
• Highly cost effective.
• Rapid cycle times with H20 top structure system
• Simple to use and familiar to the labour force
• Very flexible, suited to almost any slab
• Very safe system, especially for leading edges
at
height.
• Proven system
• Crane independent
Our client should be confident
that scaffold solution’s we provide
will always be done with efficiency,
safety & professionalism. We should
provide a strong & highly flexible system
that meets all occupational health & safety
standard
Muscat Scaffolding Cup-lock system meets the requirements of the
international standard for health and safety Cup- lock constructs and
maintains an installation that can seriously affect the life acceptance and
efficiency of the finished installation.
Cup-lock Scaffolding System is suitable for support structures
applications through the following:
1. High standard load capacity.
2. Range of components that give the system capability to tackle
virtually any support application.
3. Form-work supports wide range grid variations that can be created
to suit the loading requirements and any structures types and heights.
The working platform can be formed using either scaffold boards or
battens.
Square or rectangular access towers can be erected with standard
Cup-lock components using either jacks and base plates

Decking Beams are designed with 100mm top flange which gives more
support to the plywood. The tongue of the drop heads is inserted in the
slots of the decking beam at both ends.

The quick action drop-head is designed to fit on
standard props or adaptors for Cuplock scaffolding.
The primary head remains in contact with the
concrete while the secondary head and its
supporting wedge drop-forged are released by a
single hammer blow. The drop-head has a load-
carrying capacity of 40kN.

A base jack is a load bearing base and is used to
hold standards/uprights (the vertical tubes) in place
and help transfer the weight of the structure to the
ground.
U-Heads Jacks scaffolding are designed to be
used in conjunction with Adjustable System
Scaffolding
The universal jack provides a method of
adjustment which can be used at either the top or
bottom of a scaffold support structure

Muscat scaffolding Cuplock System

  • 1. Cup-lock Scaffolding is a temporary structure used to support a slab, work crew and materials to aid in the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, bridges and all other man-made structures. Cup-lock’s key feature is its unique circular node point which allows up to 4 horizontals to be connected to a vertical in a single fastening action-making it probably the fastest and safest system available. Cup-lock Scaffolding is a multi-purpose system suitable for access and support in all types of construction of building & Civil engineering project. QUICK EASY MUSCATSCAFFOLDINGCUPLOCK
  • 2. Benefits Muscat Scaffolding ‘Decking and Infill’ is a traditional option for slab support, but still enjoys many advantages, ensuring it is still a popular choice among contractors. The drophead system allows for extremely rapid cycle times (7-day cycle on average) and the rugged steel components reduce damage costs. Overall the system is simple, familiar, rugged, safe and extremely cost-effective. Muscat Scaffolding Cuplock with H20 top structure uses traditional Cuplock with high performance H20 composite timber beam. This fusion creates a very effective solution for medium to high slabs and can prove extremely economical and very stable. Using Cuplock as falsework means it is still simple and flexible and by using H20 as in the top structure speeds up erection saving time and money. SLABSOLUTIONS Decking & Infill H20 Beams • Highly cost effective. • Rapid cycle times with H20 top structure system • Simple to use and familiar to the labour force • Very flexible, suited to almost any slab • Very safe system, especially for leading edges at height. • Proven system • Crane independent
  • 3. Our client should be confident that scaffold solution’s we provide will always be done with efficiency, safety & professionalism. We should provide a strong & highly flexible system that meets all occupational health & safety standard Muscat Scaffolding Cup-lock system meets the requirements of the international standard for health and safety Cup- lock constructs and maintains an installation that can seriously affect the life acceptance and efficiency of the finished installation. Cup-lock Scaffolding System is suitable for support structures applications through the following: 1. High standard load capacity. 2. Range of components that give the system capability to tackle virtually any support application. 3. Form-work supports wide range grid variations that can be created to suit the loading requirements and any structures types and heights. The working platform can be formed using either scaffold boards or battens. Square or rectangular access towers can be erected with standard Cup-lock components using either jacks and base plates ACCESSSCAFFOLDING SteelScaffoldingTower MobileScaffoldingTower
