transportation been provided to new hires.
 Coordinate for the housing arrangements of new hires with Housing Coordinator.
 Ensuring that new employees are mobilized quickly and efficiently and accommodation and transport
is arranged as and when required
 Process all arriving staff and ensure they have signed the contracts and other banking documents.
 Provide guidance/assistance in signing of company’s contracts and other banking formalities such as
new opening of accounts etc.
 Follow-up with Personnel Team (passport office) for new hires medicals, finger prints, residency, Civil
ID etc.
 Arrange KOC medical for all new hire staffs.
 Follow up and Coordinate with candidates and travel team for necessary travel arrangements for new
hires.
 Follow up for the Gate passes of new hire with access control and ensure pick up and drop facility
been provided to candidate by Team.
 Ensure that all new hire files are in order and process to personnel department.
 Prepare and present periodical reports of new hire arrival to management.

Responsibilities:
 Provide support to management and employees.
 Planning/Scheduling & providing assistance with respect to the following for new employees;
 Welcoming/receiving them from Airport.
 Responsible to complete residence formalities such as medical checkup, finger prints, medical
insurance for all new employees of Company timely.
 Signing of company’s contracts and other bank formalities such as opening of accounts etc.
 Accompanying new employees to their relevant departments for all the formalities required such as
KOC ID, Passport issues, Memberships etc.
 Arrange KOC medical for all new hire staffs.

 Assist employees for searching of villas/flats/apartments.
 Authenticates and attestations of legal documents from ministries and embassies ((i-e Education
degrees, diplomas, certificates, marriage certificates and birth certificates).
 Assist in obtaining Gate passes of new hire with access control.
