Supervises and directs the activities of Airport Pickup, Schedule for new employee’s arrival, legal
documents authentications, schools, custom clearance and apartment searches etc. to representatives.
Supervises and controls the preparation and ensures the new hires arrival as per schedule.
Work closely with the Housing and Personnel Department team to ensure that the housing and
transportation been provided to new hires.

Process all arriving staff and ensure they have signed the contracts and other banking documents.

Follow-up with Personnel Team (passport office) for new hires medicals, finger prints, residency, Civil

Arrange KOC medical for all new hire staffs.

Follow up for the Gate passes of new hire with access control and ensure pick up and drop facility
been provided to candidate by Team.
Ensure that all new hire files are in order and process to personnel department.
Prepare and present periodical reports of new hire arrival to management.
