• Social learning helps online students stay connected and engaged
• An intuitive user experience helps students focus more on learning
• Students demand "quality" - even if it is free!
• On-demand (self paced) courses are more attractive to students
• Students are open to share their profile (~73% public profiles)
• Minor LMS improvements can save enormous amount of admin time
