  2. 2. Rationale • Student voice • An extension of known feedback • Benchmarking • Established and ‘low-effort’ mechanism

Implementation • Led by the University Library – cross unit/academic/student project steering group • Socialised and approved at Teaching and Learning Committee, with support of Dean, Academic and Provost • Sample – all enrolled students • Incentives – prize draw for all completed surveys • Promotion – multiple channels • Duration & Timing – semester time, 4 weeks
  4. 4. Findings • Response rate - ~8% • Overall positive, but below other institutions • Wifi provision rated as very low • 6% want less digital than now • Priorities to address: – The LMS (Moodle) experience – PD for staff using the LMS – Increase video lectures – Improve wifi
