Currently assigned and working network wide refresh project at one
of the largest medical centers in Jacksonville along with daily
network support duties and trouble tickets. Although the main
concentration of duties was with the refresh project which entailed
imaging every computer to be installed and then dropping the
applications onto each individual system the network using Ghost
and Zenworks. The systems then had to configured and tested for
each individual user and or department. Over and above that we
were assigned daily trouble tickets for users through out the hospital
