maintenance, and network maintenance. Web application development. Server and
workstation support/maintenance for 600+ pharmacies in NC, SC, VA. Project
management. Design team lead for public facing and pharmacy facing websites.
Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS) Liaison between Mutual Drug, member
pharmacies, and the DEA. Monitoring and maintaining web and internal ordering systems
state of health. Training pharmacy employees on Mutual Drug ordering and pharmacy
management software. Design and code automation software. Resource estimation and
planning. IT purchasing.
Highlights:
Sourced a new web hosting and development vendor. Created and managed a hosting
transition plan to handle migration, load testing, contingency, and QA with zero impact to
customers. Implemented design changes necessary to stabilize website hosting and
application while a new hosting and application design were completed. Document
specifications for and assist development of Mutual Drug's new ordering website and
CSOS signing application, and management of the project and deployment.
Website and order processing application build estimate 6-18 months due to new features
and development of new proprietary CSOS C2 order signing application. Drove
development for a stable 1.0 release within 4 months, and a 2.0 release including the
CSOS signing application within 6 months. Demonstrated new website application and
CSOS signing application at Mutual Drug’s 2015 Annual Trade show where it was very
well received.
Created Help Desk Remote Support System to assist internal Mutual Drug users and end
users at 600+ pharmacies. Development, configuration, implementation, and training
support staff to use remote support software. Trained and mentored employees for internal
and remote support tasks. Training and support to night Ops IT support team.
Build and maintain Order Desk order aggregation system including server, software,
software modifications, dial-up modem bank, SAMI modem bank, IVR modems, and FTP
server.
Sequel server builds, maintenance, failure root cause analysis and application of remedy.
Axway CSOS C2 Signing Server builds maintenance, failure root cause analysis and
application of remedy.
Developed plan to document all software applications, server hardware, operating
