My Responsibilities as Plant Operation and Production In Charge
To ensure that plant is brought into production without risk to
1) The Personnel
2) The Environment
3) The Equipment.
Supervise production processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
To Guide operating staff & Engineers to smoothly run the plants.
Planning and performing Technical Department routine internal Audit as per ISO
9001:2008.
Establish safe working procedure for all areas of operation & maintenance in
coordination with the safety department issue the work permit to ensure the
implementation to keep safe work.
Preparation of daily plant production.

Preparation of monthly plant production & monthly plant maintenance report and
plant Equipment report.
To maintain Plant Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
To manage logistic of product dispatch to the customers..
Preparation of Equipment spare parts list and control plant store.
Co-ordination with service department like Electrical, Instrument and Mechanical
for trouble free safe operation.
Preparation plant budget and maintain/improve budget limitation to meet plants
annual objects.
Established and maintain overall emergency procedures in coordination with
safety department and overseas emergency training by making periodic drills.
Experienced in writing effective SOPs, Manuals and work Instruction with the help
of HSE department.
Plant & Equipment Maintenance In-Charge
1. Preparation plant yearly maintenance guideline.
2. Preparation of plant yearly maintenance plan and schedule and execution.
3. Leading Mechanical maintenance team; to inspect, isolate, troubleshoot and
repair mechanical installations using various test instruments; maintain and repair
mechanical system.
4. Planning and scheduling of routine shutdown and shutdown maintenance.
5. Responsible for identification of plant equipment and process isolations with in the
bounds of permits to work system and in accordance with company policies and
procedures.
6. Carefully monitoring and where necessary, control and supervision of the permit
to work system and all associated certification, recording, log keeping and
controlling.
7. Develop, administer and maintain the departments comprehensive maintenance
policies for reactive maintenance, PPM, cyclical and lifecycle work, permit to work
system, the control of contractors’policy and limitation of access control system.
8. Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all MEP systems.
9. Ensure mechanical monitoring and control systems are operational and perform
mandatory certification testing on all associated Mechanical and alarm systems.
10. Install, troubleshoot and repair new equipment and systems
11. Assist in the writing of specifications for repairs and new MEP installations relating
to wider construction activities.
12. Participating in the Organization’s risk management activities as specified in the
Risk Management Policy.
13. Directed and coordinate all manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance,
support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with
specifications, codes, and end user requirements.
14. Witness and inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure
conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with
operational and safety standards.
Shutdown
During the SD/TA to track completion of critical jobs and resolve issues affecting
SD/TA progress. And develops ad-hoc plans to execute emerging work during
the SD/TA.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1- Arrange for the disposal of assigned plant hazardous waste from SD/TA to
comply with environmental regulations.
2- Provided the assigned area SD/TA scope of work for discipline to ensure
continuing availability and integrity of plant and equipment.
3- Plan, prepare and execute consolidated SD/TA scope of work for assigned
area to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant.
4- Compile a SD/TA “Bill of Materials”, coordinate procurement and delivery of
specified materials to ensure compliance with SD/TA schedule.
5- Monitor SD/TA progress of assigned area via activity charts and detailed
plans to ensure compliance with shutdown plan
6- Removing and refilling Perlite in double distillation column.
7- Chemically cleaned and complete maintenance of distillation column.
8- Manual and pneumatic valves maintenance and stroke checking, replacement
of instrument tubing.
9- Supervising during overhauling of both Air and Gas compressors.
Piping Experience
- Responsible for safe, technically accurate, and cost effective piping
system designs for Liquid and gas production facilities
- Responsible for compliance with applicable specifications and
standards, and completion of work within project budget and schedule
- My tasks include Piping Stress Analysis, support design, special
support design, spring support design, and design of expansion joint
- Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings and
documents, and material and equipment specifications
- Oversee the work of other Piping Engineering personnel and Provide
direction and guidance to the Piping Engineering Team

My Responsibilities as Plant Operation and Production In Charge To ensure that plant is brought into production without risk to 1) The Personnel 2) The Environment 3) The Equipment. Supervise production processes to ensure implementation of company standards. To Guide operating staff & Engineers to smoothly run the plants. Planning and performing Technical Department routine internal Audit as per ISO 9001:2008. Establish safe working procedure for all areas of operation & maintenance in coordination with the safety department issue the work permit to ensure the implementation to keep safe work. Preparation of daily plant production.

To maintain Plant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) To manage logistic of product dispatch to the customers.. Preparation of Equipment spare parts list and control plant store. Co-ordination with service department like Electrical, Instrument and Mechanical for trouble free safe operation. Preparation plant budget and maintain/improve budget limitation to meet plants annual objects. Established and maintain overall emergency procedures in coordination with safety department and overseas emergency training by making periodic drills. Experienced in writing effective SOPs, Manuals and work Instruction with the help of HSE department. Plant & Equipment Maintenance In-Charge 1. Preparation plant yearly maintenance guideline. 2. Preparation of plant yearly maintenance plan and schedule and execution. 3. Leading Mechanical maintenance team; to inspect, isolate, troubleshoot and repair mechanical installations using various test instruments; maintain and repair mechanical system. 4. Planning and scheduling of routine shutdown and shutdown maintenance. 5. Responsible for identification of plant equipment and process isolations with in the bounds of permits to work system and in accordance with company policies and procedures. 6. Carefully monitoring and where necessary, control and supervision of the permit to work system and all associated certification, recording, log keeping and controlling. 7. Develop, administer and maintain the departments comprehensive maintenance policies for reactive maintenance, PPM, cyclical and lifecycle work, permit to work system, the control of contractors’policy and limitation of access control system. 8. Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all MEP systems. 9. Ensure mechanical monitoring and control systems are operational and perform mandatory certification testing on all associated Mechanical and alarm systems. 10. Install, troubleshoot and repair new equipment and systems 11. Assist in the writing of specifications for repairs and new MEP installations relating to wider construction activities. 12. Participating in the Organization’s risk management activities as specified in the Risk Management Policy. 13. Directed and coordinate all manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and end user requirements. 14. Witness and inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. Shutdown During the SD/TA to track completion of critical jobs and resolve issues affecting SD/TA progress. And develops ad-hoc plans to execute emerging work during the SD/TA.
  • 5. 5 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1- Arrange for the disposal of assigned plant hazardous waste from SD/TA to comply with environmental regulations. 2- Provided the assigned area SD/TA scope of work for discipline to ensure continuing availability and integrity of plant and equipment. 3- Plan, prepare and execute consolidated SD/TA scope of work for assigned area to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant. 4- Compile a SD/TA “Bill of Materials”, coordinate procurement and delivery of specified materials to ensure compliance with SD/TA schedule. 5- Monitor SD/TA progress of assigned area via activity charts and detailed plans to ensure compliance with shutdown plan 6- Removing and refilling Perlite in double distillation column. 7- Chemically cleaned and complete maintenance of distillation column. 8- Manual and pneumatic valves maintenance and stroke checking, replacement of instrument tubing. 9- Supervising during overhauling of both Air and Gas compressors. Piping Experience - Responsible for safe, technically accurate, and cost effective piping system designs for Liquid and gas production facilities - Responsible for compliance with applicable specifications and standards, and completion of work within project budget and schedule - My tasks include Piping Stress Analysis, support design, special support design, spring support design, and design of expansion joint - Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications - Oversee the work of other Piping Engineering personnel and Provide direction and guidance to the Piping Engineering Team Other responsibility and Support Trouble shooting in different plants like C2H2 plant, N2O plant.
