Presently I am working as Shift Supervisor in CDU/VDU/Saturated gas plant/MRS Unit after successful
commissioning the unit in november, 2014. Responsible for Operations, controls and maintaining a steady state
operation of the process units and related equipment in the most safe and efficient manner to meet required
throughput, maximize yield and meet required quality specifications. Handles all unit emergencies. Ensures the
operations are in accordance with established procedures and instructions. Supervise the day-to-day activities
of planning & scheduling of operation. Start-up and shutdown of units and coordinate with other departments
during steady state and shutdown/ turnaround periods.

2. Present Responsibilities:
 Responsible for smooth operation of the plants and meeting production target in compliance with
quality and safety procedures. Supervise daily plant activities in shift, Plant start-ups, shutdown
 Monitoring and Control of all plant process parameters by DCS
 Commissioning of DCS, Like DCS loop checking,
 As per P&ID DCS Graphics Checking.
