Tream Treater, Naphtha hydrotreating unit, Kerosene hydrotreating unit and Saturation gas unit. I
also looking Utility area.
Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. (State Oil Company Suriname).
(From 22/01/2014 to 15/05/2015) (1.5 years)
I was worked in Staatsolie Refinery expansion project for AREA-2 (Hydrocracker) as a “board
operator”. I prepared SOP of all equipment commissioning and decommissioning activity with SAIPEM
(Italy). I supervised plant commissioning activity in field for safety point of view. I am able to operate
DCS system of the Experion PKS C200/C300 (Honeywell) and the FOXBORO-I/A series 50.

I was worked in Refinery of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED as a “Panel & field operator” in Executive
Family since 30/01/2008 to 11/01/2014 at Jamnagar in India. I am handling Light Naphtha Union
fining Unit, LPG Merox, PRU plant, LPG spitting Unit, Gasoline Merox, and Kerosene Merox of Refinery

NAPHTHA HYDROTREATER UNIT
I have experience of operation as well as commissioning, pre commissioning experience & knowledge
of Naphtha Hydrotreater Plant. I have also worked in C3/C4 distillation commissioning activity.
High sulfur light naphtha (8600 wt ppm H2S & 42 vol % olefins) is treated by Naphtha hydrogenation
process by high pressure hydrogen.

 Main reaction: Sulfur removal, Nitrogen removal, Oxygen removal, Olefins saturation, Di olefins
saturation, Halide removal, Metal removal.
 Main operation: Exothermic Catalyst process using Hydrogen rich gas stream.
 Equipments: Multistage centrifugal pumps, sundyne pumps, recycle compressor, charge heater,
stripper columns, heat exchanger, fin fans, and reboiler steam generator.
 Materials: Light naphtha, Nimox and other catalyst, Hydrogen gas, Dorf 410c, Dorf 2002ci, Tri
sodium phosphate.
LPG MEROX UNIT ( LPG TREATING UNIT )
High sulfur LPG (10966 wt.ppm H2S & 926 ppm RSH) is treated by sweetening process, Amine
Absorption & Extraction and caustic oxidation. LPG Merox having two identical trains of
Unsaturated LPG and one is saturated LPG treating unit.

 Main reaction: Oxidation.
 Main operation: Mass transfer by Absorption & Extraction, Gas-Oil Casustic separation.

I am working in Fractionation unit, LPG Tream Treater, Naphtha hydrotreating unit, Kerosene hydrotreating unit and Saturation gas unit. I also looking Utility area. (From 22/01/2014 to 15/05/2015) (1.5 years) I was worked in Staatsolie Refinery expansion project for AREA-2 (Hydrocracker) as a “board operator”. I prepared SOP of all equipment commissioning and decommissioning activity with SAIPEM (Italy). I supervised plant commissioning activity in field for safety point of view. LPG Merox having two identical trains of Unsaturated LPG and one is saturated LPG treating unit.  Designed By : UOP, America.  Detailed engg. By: Bechtel France.  Capacity : 69,000 BPSD  Main reaction: Oxidation.  Main operation: Mass transfer by Absorption & Extraction, Gas-Oil Casustic separation.  Equipments: Sieve tray Tower, High efficiency jet deck tray tower, packed tower, Separator. Centrifugal pumps and Heat exchanger.  Materials: LPG, Methyl di-ethanolamine, Caustic, Merox WS catalyst, Di sulfide oil. KEROSENE & GASOLINE MEROX TREATMENT UNIT Kerosene and Gasoline are treated by fixed bed sweetening process.
