'Mission Swacch Bharat' (clean India)
Cleanliness First
our safety depends on
cleanliness Chasing Dirt
 Dreadfully Dirty…..there was nutritiousness
in the mud, and a man that drunk Ganga
river water could grow corn in his stomach
if he wanted to.
 Prime minister said that people may
laugh at him for talking toilets and
cleanliness from the historic Red Fort
but the cleanliness of public places,
tourist destinations , temples and offices
will be the priority of his government .
Cleanliness is Next to...:
Life's Most Essential Cleaning Tasks
 cleanliness and construction of toilets for
women is the biggest task before him
and his government.
 Addressing people on the Independence
Day eve, Modi expressed concern over
the non availability of toilets in rural India
including schools.
 “How much pain the rural women and
school girls bear when they have to
answer nature’s call. They wait for the
dark to venture out to defecate in the
open.I hereby call upon the MPs to
spend their whole year MP LAD funds
on constructing toilets in schools,” Modi
This is our country please help
KEEP IT CLEAN and ORDERLY
Cleanliness needn’t involve
costliness
Give 100 hours in a year to
cleanliness
Please maintain
CLEANLINESS and be
HEALTHY
 The clean person is not the one that
runs away from dirt but one who takes
the time and effort to tidy-up a dirty
environment.
Mahatma Gandhi in BHU in 1916 said: Our country,
our schools are a reflection of our character. Is it
right that they should be as dirty as they are?
Should they not be models of roominess and
cleanliness? Why is our country filled with
indescribable filth around temples, railway
compartments, cities and schools?
“I will not let anyone
walk through my mind
with their dirty feet.”
Mahatma Gandhi
