Tapping the beam end into the column has been done for 2500 years. This
illustration from the Shaanxi History Museum in China dates from about 500
BC, and is an example of invisible beam/column connection with metal
strengthening.
Stair Support Inserts
RVK & TSS stair supports
Stair Support Inserts
 Quick, clean, hidden connection
 No exposure to fire
 Easy to use - speedy erection
 Cost less than bolted-on RSA supports
 No bolting or welding
 No working underneath th elanding
 TSS requires no making-good to the top surface
 RVK & TSS have ETA approvals as required by EC2
Why RVK & TSS?
Stair Support Inserts
RVK & TSS
Stair Support Inserts
Clean and clear once fitted.
The big advantage for the architect is no visible connections
Stair Support Inserts
The latest solution for connection of
precast concrete staircases leaves the
top surface as finished .
No making good required
Different sizes, covering most situations
TSS 40 = 40 kN
TSS 100 =100 kN
Available in plain or galvanized steel
