Nyaya Health is a non-profit organization that started a hospital in rural Achham district of Nepal where there was previously no access to medical care. The organization was founded in 2006 and opened Bayalpata Hospital in 2007, which has since expanded services and now provides outpatient and emergency care, birthing services, inpatient care, testing and treatment for diseases, and community health outreach. Nyaya Health aims to prioritize the most marginalized populations and works collaboratively with the Nepali government. It relies on volunteers and donations to continue improving healthcare in the region.
