Riff!
(Fear for Your Ears!)
It Rocks!
I could uses these fore mastheads as they
are new, short but memorable just like
‘KERRANG!’
Colour schemes –
• Black & yellow
• Black & white
• Black & red
• Yellow & purple
• Black & green
• Black & pink & purple
• Possibly a black & white photo
Brand Identity –
• Social media page: Showing links
to Facebook and twitter accounts.
• Put the web address on a lot of
pages frequently.
• I will use a consistent colour
scheme of purple and yellow, I will
use this because they are colours
that are bright and recognisable,
they also compliment each other
which will help with brand identity.
• I will use a consistent font which
will then become recognisable
with the brand.
• Same strapline across each issue.
Images of props –
Strapline (Slogan) –
• Alliteration
• Short & sweet
• Memorable
• Use the same consistent strapline for
brand identity.
• Rhythmic
• “Hear & Now” – example
• The strap line I will use for my magazine is
“Bringing you the latest discoveries of
rock”
