 Managed a two year project to upgrade platform security of 14,000
transmissions. Completed 6 months early and under budget. Interviewed,
hired and managed 18 contractors. Developed training materials, procedures

for design and creation of database to improve work flow. Provided coaching
along with conflict and problem resolution. Submitted weekly reports to
upper management meeting all milestones.
 Developed and implemented the disaster recovery plans for the Unix and
Linux platforms in the bank wide database (LDRPS), which was used as a
model to help in training with other lines of business. Worked with LDRPS
support to help troubleshoot the new documentation software. Organized and
securely implemented yearly test of these platforms without any major issues.
 Part of a development team that successfully designed and implemented the
large scale Business to Business transmission platforms.

 Installed and maintained Sterling Connect:Direct (NDM) software on Unix
platforms. Problem shot issues and developed platform standards. Also
worked on mainframe, Linux and Windows Connect:Direct platforms.
 Developed custom scripting in Unix and GUI base XML to help with
conversions and transmission setups. These scripts standardized
transmissions setups and saved time setting up new transmissions.
 Successfully completed regression testing to confirm software upgrades to
platforms, which ensured that no bank customers were adversely affected.
 Operational experience supporting business to business transmissions on
mainframe, Unix, Linux and Windows systems.

2.  Monitored transmission systems for file transmissions and platform failures.
Corrected transmission failures in a timely manner to ensure the business met
their SLA’s and financial responsibilities to our clients. Rotated 24x7 on call
duties.
 Brought in as supervisor to resolve an underperforming mailroom shift in
Lockbox. Stabilized the staff and increased productivity, exceeding
performance standards.
 Was a member of the Bell and Howell replacement project, which upgraded
the mail sorter to a more efficient and dependable sorter. Project was
completed on time and within budget.
 Relied on as subject matter expert on sales calls and Lockbox customer tours
through the department to help sell Lockbox services.
 Developed the file format of Lockbox data transmissions for Faxgate,
enabling Lockbox to automate the faxing of daily activity to the customers.
 Member of development team to upgrade the Lockbox pricing system. Project
was completed on time and increased revenue for the department.
