assertively coordinate internal and external resources to troubleshoot, restore stability and
analyze root cause in production environments. Deploy production installs, fixes, upgrades and
enhancements likewise. Documenedt and maintained system configurations, application and
dataflow maps, program libraries and technical manuals. Built custom Shell scripts to automate
batch jobs and repetitive tasks.

• Participated in two data center consolidations.
• Engaged in support team development of a PERL requeue tool that enabled customer support
team to resubmit ERAs per provider request. It substantially reduced Request Turnaround time.
The business realized a 200 request ticket reduction the first month of implementation.
