2. Opening Publisher Go to “Start” then “Programmes” to “Microsoft Office” to “Microsoft Publisher” then left click on publisher to open!

3. Or.... If you have the “Microsoft Publisher” Icon on your desktop, you can simlpy double left click on it to open.

4. Inside Publisher The toolbars are very similar to those of Word.

5. Inside Publisher Select the style and format you want.

6. Working With Publisher Entering text is straight forward. Place your cursor in the text box “Heading” and click. Then enter your desired text. Follow the same rules for your content box too.

7. Inserting a Picture Using the existing picture as a guide to where you will place your chosen picture. Minimise the publisher window.

8. Selecting an Image From your desktop open your internet browser.

9. Selecting an Image Select images from the top left corner of the Google page. Enter your search here! Press “Enter”

12. Selecting an Image Choose the pic you want. Right click on the image. Left click on “copy Image”

13. Placing Your Image Back in Publisher, You place your cursor over the original pic, right click then select paste.

14. Editing Your Image At first your pic will be off center. It may even be too small or too big. You can resize your pic by grabing the bottom right circle and dragging the image to size.

15. Your Final Result! Remember.... The “Save As” and “Print” are the same as they were in “Word”.
