بررسی، مقایسه فنی و گزارش دهی آماری مربوط به تولید، واردات و صادرات پلیمرهای ایرانی و خارجی موجود در بازار ایران
پلیمرهای ارائه شده در این وبینار پلی اتیلن، پلی پروپیلن، و پلیمرهای استایرنیک می باشند
در اين وبينار كه اطلاعات آن براساس داده هاي گمركي ارائه شده سال 1393 تنظيم گرديده بود، به بررسی آماري همراه با مقايسه ميزان وادات و صادرات گريدهاي مختلف مواد پليمري داخلي و خارجي موجود در بازار ايران پرداخته شد. موضوعات مورد بحث در اين وبينار آمارهاي واردات و صادرات گريدهاي مختلف پليمرهاي استايرنيك و پلي اولفين هاي پرمصرف پلي اتيلن و پلي پروپيلن بود. در اين وبينار مشاهده شد كه سهم عمده ميزان واردات پلیمرهاي استايرنيك مربوط به EPS ها بوده كه در مقایسه با صادرات آن 137 برابر بیشتر مي باشد. همچنین مشاهده شد كه بیشترین سهم واردات EPS ها مربوط به ٍEPS هاي تاخيردهنده آتش مي باشد. در ادامه اين وبينار به بررسی میزان واردات و صادرات گريدهاي مختلف پلي پروپيلن ها پرداخته شد و مشاهده شد كه بيشترين سهم صادرات پلي پروپيلن ها براساس نوع آنها مربوط به پلي پروپيلن هموپليمر با سهم 99 درصدی و براساس کاربرد مربوط به گريد نساجی با سهم 91 درصدي از كل صادرات پلي پروپيلن ها مي باشد. اما در رابطه با واردات بیشترین سهم واردات براساس نوع مربوط به پلي پروپيلن كوپليمر با سهم 49 درصدي و بيشترين ميزان واردات براساس كاربرد مربوط به گريد لوله پلي پروپيلن با سهم 57 درصدي مي باشد. همچنین در ادامه به صورت دقیق تر به بحث در رابطه با ميزان واردات و صادرات و مقايسه هر كدام از گريدهاي هموپليمر و كوپليمر پلي پروپيلن پرداخته شد.
در ادامه انواع گريدهاي پلي اتيلن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مشاهده شد كه در هر دو آمار واردات و صادرات، پلي اتيلن سنگین بیشترین سهم را به خود اختصاص داده است. براساس کاربرد نیز بيشترين میزان صادرات مربوط به گريدهاي فیلم پلي اتيلن و بيشترين ميزان واردات مربوط به گريدهاي ل�

Urease inhibitors are a class of drug for H.pilory treatment.
Urease inhibitors are potentially useful tools for controlling or reducing gaseous losses of ammonia following fertilization with urea. They can restrict urea hydrolysis for up to 7 to 14 days, after which rain, irrigation, or soil mixing would be required to further restrict ammonia losses.
The observations that urease due to its high substrate (urea) specificity can only bind to a few inhibitors with a similar binding mode as urea is also discussed. Several non-covalent interactions including hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic contacts stabilize the enzyme-inhibitor complex.
The most widely used urease inhibitor is N-(n-Butyl) triphosphoric triamide (NBTPT), which converts to active NBPT (N-(n-Butyl) phosphoric triamide). Other widely studied urease inhibitors include phenylphosphorodiamidate (PPD/PPDA) and hydroquinone.
Recent drug studies are highly focused on heterocyclic ring systems. Thiadiazoles are one of the privileged structural fragments. Fused systems containing the thiadiazole ring give rise to compounds with varied bioactivities, such as anticancer [1], antimicrobial [2, 3], and antiviral [4] properties. Currently, compounds A [5] and B [6, 7] (Figure 1) are in clinical trials, and several other 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives including C [8, 9], D [10], and the parent compound 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (AMT) [11–15] display a variety of biological activities. Several synthetic strategies to AMT have been reported [16]. The easy accessibility of AMT prompted us to prepare a new series of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives
Introduction
Intelligent food packaging as a new technology can maintain the quality and safety of food during its shelf life. This technology uses indicators and sensors that are used in packaging and detects physiological changes in food (due to microbial and chemical degradation). These indicators usually provide information that can be easily identified by the food distributor and the consumer. However, most of the markers currently used are non-renewable and non-degradable synthetic materials. Microalgae that live in both marine and freshwater are a versatile solution for building new biosensors to detect pollutants such as herbicides or heavy metals. These photosynthetic microorganisms are very sensitive to their environmental changes and allow the detection of pollutants. In the past few years, several studies have been conducted in relation to the development, evaluation and application of biosensors using natural compounds in smart food packaging, and some of them are reported and summarized in Table 2.
Materials and Methods
In these studies, examples are mainly focused on biosensors related to biopolymers, but some other synthetic polymers that are easily degraded have also been used as examples. In Table 2, it is also specified what the function and application of the sensor is and how it reacts to the loss of freshness of food. Most sensors are sensitive to the change in pH caused by the release of volatile nitrogen compounds, and this change is characterized by a colorimetric response. Sensors are usually placed in the space above the food container, avoiding direct contact with the food, but close enough to detect changes in the environment and respond to changes in food quality. When these biosensors are integrated with biopolymers, they are usually incorporated into the polymer structure, and the color change of the layers (film) indicates changes in food quality in the packed product. The collected information also clearly shows that extracts rich in chemical compounds of pigments that change color with pH and especially anthocyanins have been used in these biosensors. In addition, most studies of biosensors have been conducted on fish, meat, and seafood, which is probably because their quality degradation is an important economic loss and also because the pH of the surrounding environment is changed during the degradation process. , and this change is easily detected through pH-sensitive biosensors. Smart food packaging technology has made it possible to monitor food quality by incorporating markers, sensors and radio frequency identification (RFID) into packaging. The technology also allows producers and consumers to trace the history of a product through important points in the food supply chain.Interestingly, some compounds applied and tested in the sensor not only provide a pH-sensitive dye, but also have other bioactive properties, for example, antimicrobial properties, and its presence in the polymer matrix can also incr

The ability to determine the occurrence of food contamination due to foodborne pathogens at every stage of food production , processing , and distribution is crucial to improving the safety of our food supply. There are more than 250 known food borne diseases caused by bacterial and viral infections in the United States. Annually, these foodborne diseases result in an estimated 76 million illnesses, 325,000 hospitalizations, 5,000 deaths, and 6 billions dollars in unneeded expenditure. Bacterial contamination accounts for 91% of total foodborne diseases. Salmonella sp., Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Campylobacter jejuni, Campylobacter coli and Bacillus cereus were found to be main source of bacterial contaminations in our food supply.

50. Nanoparticles are a new class of materials, which has been adopted for improving the detection limit and sensitivity of the DNA biosensors. In order to form a more effective and sensitive system , we adopted the gold nanoparticles in the construction of E. coli O157: H7 DNA biosensor for the goal of signal amplification, because (i) colloidal Au has a good biocompatibility ; (ii) gold nanoparticle has a larger surface area , and helps to immobilize more biofunctional molecules onto the surface of the sensor; (iii) avidin-conjugated Au nanoparticle could be used as “mass enhancer” to amplify the frequency change depending on its relatively large mass compared to DNA target.
