I am an enthusiastic and approachable individual keen to gain an opportunity within Retail. My
most recent experience in Barnardo’s has given me valuable skills and experience including
being able to engage with customers to establish their needs and understanding the
importance of up-selling to maximise their experience. I enjoy building a rapport with
customers to encourage repeat business and strive to go beyond my duties to ensure they
are satisfied. I am highly experienced with till operation and have previously held financial
responsibilities including cashing up. I understand the importance of working towards targets
and I am able to motivate and lead a team in order to meetthe required targets of the business.
