An important accountability of the Survey Manager is to manage environmental and WHS risk in surveying operations across the broad spectrum of RMS activities within the Region.Key accountabilities Contribute to the development, maintenance and retention of RMS capabilities by organising staff Performance Development & Review plans and identifying training & recruitment needs for surveying personnel in a Region. Assist in compliance with RMS, regulatory and statutory requirements and improve work efficiencies by verifying the application of standards & procedures and participating in quality improvement processes. Manage, deliver and maintain survey capabilities in the Region by engaging both internal and external resources to achieve RMS objectives and maintaining a panel of surveying service providers Contribute to the RMS being an informed purchaser and provider of surveying services and products by
reviewing the output of internal and external resources.
