In Psychology there are many different theories; especially about development. And,
just like every theory there are pros and cons. Each theory was created by different
people with their own perspective and their own biases. It would be ignorant to say
that one theory had all the answers. There were two theories I read about that caught

of Cognitive Behaviorists and I am curious about how they are similar and different.
On the Cognitive part of the spectrum, there was a psychologist named Jean Piaget
who created four stages of development. They are called Sensorimotor (birth 2),
Preoperational (2 7), Concrete Operational (7 11), and Formal Operational (11
adulthood) stages. In his Sensorimotor stage, babies are using their senses to figure
out their surroundings. This explains why, when babies find something, they
instinctively put it in their mouth. During Preoperational, children are starting to
figure out that words connect to objects. Throughout the Concrete Operational stage,

Every person goes through different experiences that influence the way they
mature and the way they decide future plans. My personal experiences include

Shareholders wealth is basically the wealth shareholders get to accumulate from their
ownership of shares in a firm. Shareholders wealth increases by any possible amount.
This means that either increase in share prices that bring about capital gain or
increase in dividend payments. Significant this fact, a firm can maximize
shareholders wealth through this way. However, an optimal point needs to be struck
as a firm needs to balance the risk and return involved. Shareholders wealth is also

Shareholders wealth is more credible than any other account in a business or financial

No Country for Old Men have striking similarities as far as their portrayal of fate
working in the lives in humans. They illustrate how the present and the future is left
up to chance and is directly correlated with past actions. Both the short storyand the
movie portray the inevitability of fate to naturally dictate the outcome of people s
lives. Fate is one of the dominant themes in No Country for Old Men. Anton
Chigurh, the ruthless killer in the story, would sometimes haphazardly kill people.
At other times, he would propose that a potential victim call a coin toss which
would ultimately decide whether they live or die. When Chigurh would murder
people without a coin toss, they were often in the wrong place at the wrong time.
However, it wasn t completely up to chance, but fate. It s the idea that every action
and every decision a person makes will inevitably dictate their future. Chigurh didn t
feel accountable for anyone s deathbecause perhaps all of his victims decisions in
life led up to their moment of death and that things were just meant to be that way.
For example, he killed a man on the side of the road so that he could take his car.
Chigurh also killed all three of the men who happened to be in the motel room he

Every gardener and farmer plants with hopes for wonderful flowers, fruits or
vegetables, but due to disease causing organism plants get sick and dies hence their
hopes also dies. The study of plant disease is very important as they cause loss to
the crops, which affects the cultivation and produce. The disease causing factors are
biotic (living), abiotic (non living) or the combination of two. But this survey paper
focuses on living agents i.e., biotic factors.
There are many living creatures which damages the vegetation and they are fungi,
bacteria, viruses, nematodes and parasitic flowers. Some of the plant disease brought
about very serious influences of the society. A fungal sickness phytopthora overdue

Since I am interested in China, I decided to find out a little more about it. One of

square kilometers, therefore that s enormous. China s population is pretty
considerable that they have a bigger population than us, but I still don t know if

was about 0.9 percent. China s population grew pretty huge in 2010, because the
population grew to 1,392.5 million people. In addition, China s climate is pretty
averaged, therefore meaning its nice weather. The language the population of China
