This document summarizes a presentation on exploring the relationship between work stress, affective commitment, pay satisfaction, and turnover intention among school teachers. The study used a descriptive correlational design and measured these variables using validated scales. The results found that teachers experience moderate work stress and pay satisfaction with high affective commitment but low turnover intention. Work stress positively correlated with turnover intention, while pay satisfaction and affective commitment negatively correlated. Work stress, pay satisfaction, and affective commitment also significantly predicted turnover intention. Finally, pay satisfaction and affective commitment were found to mediate the relationship between work stress and turnover intention.
