The student challenged conventions in their teaser trailer by using slow motion and fades between shots rather than quick editing. Shots were also reversed to portray supernatural elements. Feedback was positive about the trailer and poster connecting the theme of escaping reality, but the plot was unclear. The student learned to provide more context in promotional materials to engage audiences.
