The document discusses the various technologies used to create a product. Photoshop was difficult to learn initially, especially layers, but became easier with practice. A camera was used to take photos for the front cover and contents page, which required permission and was slightly tricky. 1. Q2. I have learnt about the technologies from the process of constructing this product,
that Photoshop is more difficult than i thought, as i had not used it previously and
learning about layers was tricky to get the hand of at first, then it became easy after
practicing it. Also changing the effects of what needed to be changed was tricky to add
what was the best mistake.

2. • I had used a camera whilst constructing this product, to take
my front cover shots and my contents page shot. This was
relatively easy as I had obviously used one before and taking
the time to take the photographs was slightly more tricky. We
needed permission and a camera booking sheet to take the
photograph and took it out to take my main cover shot and I
took the rest of the photographs in the lesson.

3. • I also used the computer to edit on, Prezi.com to create my
location recce presentation, where I put my location
photographs and explained why I chose them. This
programme was easy to use, and again I embedded it to my
blog.

4. • Furthermore, I used Slideshare to upload various documents to my Blogger blog
which I also used throughout the process whilst constructing. Slideshare allowed
me to upload documents and use the embed code to put into my blog to create a
presentation style blog post. I uploaded it like so below on the left and then
embeddded the code in a html format to give a presentation style graphic like the
bottom right picture, this meant that it was presented nicer.

5. • Blogger, I used to upload documents and write in my
production diary at every stage of the process. This allows all
my posts to be in one place and viewable by the public and
myself to edit and upload things such as text, videos, image
and the slideshare presentation. I updated my blogger page
everytime I needed to add something. All the programs I used
allowed me to embed the html code to a Blogger post.

6. • I used my phone to take the pictures of my location recce presentation
and Emaze to write my evaluation. Using my phone was easy as I was used
to it and I went round the college and took various photographs to show
different types of shots. I also used emaze to do my evaluation and
comparing between my magazine and another real one as it was easy to
draw arrows and put the labels where I wanted them. I was also able to
add more slides to my emaze and there wrote what I thought about my
magazine, the codes and conventions that are used and why I have used
certain things. On emaze I compared magazines and wrote what codes
were used.
