What have you learnt about
technologies from the process of
   constructing this product?
Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Photoshop is a graphics editing programme
• I’ve learnt that it can be used to cut, edit, and create images in a variety of
  ways.
• I’ve also learnt how to use and select different layers to create depth and a
look of professionalism in my magazine.
• I’ve learnt how to use the quick selection tool to select and deselect certain
parts of my images that I wanted to add an effect to. For example, on my
double page spread I deselected Jenni’s hair when turning the image black
and white so her hair was left purple.
• I’ve also learnt how to use brightness and contrast to adjust my images and
enhance certain aspects of the image.
• Another thing I have learnt to do is how to create new layers and move
them around so that I can put text in front of shapes etc.
• Using this technology has benefited my product by creating effects and
depth throughout each page furthermore making my magazine look more
  professional.

    professional.
• I’ve learnt how to put a stroke on text so that the text looks more professional
and stands out more catching potential customer’s attention.
• Using this programme has ensured that my magazine follows a neat and
professional looking magazine lay out to make my product look more
    authentic as well as professional.
Blogspot
• I’ve found that www.blogspot.com was very useful in
displaying all my work throughout the production and
  evaluation of my products.
• I’ve learnt how to successfully create and upload a blog post.
• I’ve learnt how to insert embed links into my blog so I can
include things such as prezis, slideshares, glogster mood
  boards, and pixton comics etc.
• I’ve also learnt how to insert image into my blog posts along
side text so I can illustrate my point through out my
production and evaluation of my product.
• I also learnt how to change my privacy settings so only my
