We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

Media Evaluation - Question 6
1. EVALUATION – QUESTION 6
WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT ABOUT TECHNOLOGIES FROM THE PROCESS
OF CONSTRUCTING THIS PRODUCT?
2. TECHNOLOGY
I used a range of technology to construct my final production effectively, including:
• Adobe Photoshop cs3
• Canon 600d
• Internet Explorer (blogger, google etc.)
• Mobile phone
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Studio Lighting
3. ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS3
I used Photoshop for the majority of constructing my project, from
editing the images that I wanted to use in my magazine to creating the
layout of the pages, my masthead and adding shapes and text. At the
beginning of the process, I knew very little about the programme, but
through watching online tutorials and trial and error, it became easier
to use.
The second photo is the version I
edited on Photoshop, by adding a
filter, increasing the contrast and
exposure and so on.
4. CANON 600D
I used the canon 600d to take all of the images used in my production.
Using this camera ensured the images were good quality, and made it
able to see the photos as I was taking them and then make any
adjustments to lighting or positioning etc.
Throughout the construction of my magazine I learnt about features of
the camera such as ISO, aperture and iris, allowing me to take the best
possible pictures.
5. INTERNET EXPLORER
I used the internet for a vast number of things, from conducting
research for the codes and conventions of music magazines, to
watching tutorials on how to use Photoshop and the canon 600d and
uploading my coursework onto the site blogger. I uploaded my research
onto the site slideshare to it could then be posted on blogger. Blogger
was useful in helping me record my progress in creating my production
and keeping organised etc.
6. MOBILE PHONE
I used my phone for a number of things also. Two of the photos on my
contents page were taken on my phone from festivals I went to, where
a camera would have been impractical. I could then upload them to my
laptop and edit them on Photoshop easily.
I also used my phone to keep in contact with my focus group via
Facebook Messenger, making it very convenient to ask them for their
opinions on my magazine whenever needed.
7. MICROSOFT POWERPOINT
I used PowerPoint during my research of codes and conventions of
music magazines as it allows for an organised presentation of my work.
8. STUDIO LIGHTING
I used studio lighting in my production as it is more reliable for taking
photos as it is adjustable to your preference. It was simple to use,
although it took some time to set it up in the right position for the
photos that I wanted to take. I found tutorials online on how to do this
to create different effects after deciding that I wanted some photos to
be side lit and others to have high key lighting. High key lighting is a
common convention in covers of music magazines.
9. IN CONCLUSION
To conclude, these technologies have been extremely helpful in
creating my production and I have learnt a lot about them through the
process.
Because of them, my work is presentable and looks professional, from
my research to my final production.
