To be an effective teacher educator, one
must go through exclusive training and
posses desirable skills.
To equip the personal with such
competencies, there is provision of internship
in M.Ed. programme.
Interns perform certain activities such as
supervision of B.Ed. students, preparation of
reports, etc.
The School started in 1889 in an old
Building by Maulana Bahadur Ali and
his associate, it was initially named as
Anjuman-e Islamia Primary School .
In 1919 its became Muslim
University City School.
The School shifted to its present
building in 1928.

CBSE Vs ICSE Mathematics curriculum at
Sec. level
The syllabus prepared by CBSE is more suitable for
qualifying in various entrance examinations, including the
medical and engineering professional exams. The syllabus
of ICSE is more detailed and requires the students to
remember a lot.
Topics such as commercial mathematics, matrices, loci,
logarithm are included in ICSE but not in CBSE curriculum.
CBSE is comparatively easier than ICSE.
Both CBSE and ICSE (CISCE) have slightly different
focus in terms of course content.
CBSE follows Uniform Assessment system & ICSE
follows Multi-mode evaluation system.
Teaching methodology adapted by both the Board are
same.
Critical Evaluation of Implementation of NCF at
Sec. level
For the implementation of NCF-2005;
6K Teacher educators of 22 states/UTs were oriented
through video conferencing.
10 lakh financial support by NCET to each state.
NCF has been translated in 22 languages.
17 states revised syllabi in the light of NCF-05.
12 states adapted NCERT syllabus & Text-book.
Removal of burden and stress on children.
Common school system to ensure that children of
different background study together.
Work-Centered education and vocationalisation.
Problems faced by Interns
 Unequal distribution of pupil-teachers and their
respective supervisor’s.
 Majority of the pupil teachers where not take
granted the teaching practices.
 Without any prior information the pupil teacher
absent.
 The negative remarks makes the situation
contradictory.
 Some pupil-teacher not taking the comments
seriously.
 Lack of co-operation by the school teachers.
 No room provided for pupil-teacher &
supervisors.
Conclusion
Internship program is good one & is always essential for
such courses to gain practical experiences. During my 3
weeks internship at AMU City School, I gain practical
experience of supervision, curriculum evaluation , team
work, administration, etc.
our internship incharge Prof. Sajid Jamal sir co-operate
& encourage us during entire internship program. The
overall experience of the internship program was much
rewarding & refreshing for us.
