This document presents a TPACK framework for designing a curriculum to effectively integrate technology into the teaching and learning process. The curriculum focuses on water education for foreign language students. Key elements of the curriculum include: 1) Developing students' conceptual understanding of water cycles and properties through collaborative activities using technologies like Cacoo, Powtoon, and Facebook. 2) Students will create a conceptual map on water, develop online discussions on water issues, and participate in surveys to demonstrate learning. 3) The curriculum aims to develop students' critical thinking, problem solving, communication and collaboration skills through technology-integrated activities assessed through rubrics and observations.
