Introduction
What is exercise? According to the Oxford Dictionary, it is quoted as “activity
requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness” Physical
exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to
maintaining a healthy weight; building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle
strength, and joint mobility; promoting physiological well-being; reducing surgical
risks.
While when people don't exercise, it can become very tired. Exercising can help to
keep a good sense of concentration and be able to deal with stress better. If you don't
exercise, body can become very worn out since aren't having exercise teaching how to
control anxiety levels.
So, for this assignment given by Ms. Ann, researchers had decided to do a survey on
‘Exercise’. The researchers would like to find out whether if male or female have more
exercise. From the given answers and feedback from students based on the
questionnaire, researchers can get an answer to see either male or female have more
exercise. So through this assignment, the researchers hope to find out the answers through the questionnaire.

Objective
Objective for doing this survey was estimate the population of female and male based
on the frequency and target for work out. In these globalization world, when talk about
exercise and they would nearly refer to physical exercise. According to exercise, we
knew that exercise consist of cardiovascular conditioning, strength and resistance
training and litheness. In the other words, exercise also aims as maintain or enhance
our physical fitness and general health.
Nowadays, people exercise for many different reasons. Some of them reasons are
included as beauty, healthy, release stress, hobby and so on. There were three board
intensities of exercise and it also divide to light, moderate and vigorous. However, we
trying to do the survey for analyse the total number of times and the reasons for doing
exercise through female and male.

Base on the survey the mode group for male and female 's age group are same, which is 18 - 23
years old. Among the 200 participants, there are 75 male and 59 female are from age group of
18 - 23 years old, 12 male and 17 female are below 18, 9 male 15 female are from 24 - 29 years
old and 4 male and 9 female are above 30.

Based on the chart above, it shows that most of male and female love exercise. However, more
male than female love exercise more. The difference between the percentage of male and female
who love exercise are 29 %. While the difference between the percentage of male and female who
do not love exercise are also 29%
Difference between the percentage of male and female who love exercise :
(83/100 × 100%) - (54/100 × 100%) = 83% - 54%
= 29%
Difference between the percentage of male and female who do not love exercise :
(46/100 × 100%) - (17/100 × 100%) = 46% - 17%
= 29%

In average, male do more exercise than female, which is ( 2.90 - 1.98 ) = 0.92 times.

female is 14. ( 69 - 55 = 14)

Most of them dislike to do exercise at night.

difference between the male and female who planning to do exercise is 20 people.

Conclusion
In conclusion, the result show that male was more likely on exercise than female.
So, exercise is something that occurs every single day even though a small action
like walk, run, jump and so on. It’s ensue around you and people also believe that in
their mind about exercise can maintain their healthy, beauty and something else.
However, based on the survey we conducted, it is proved that the male is always
have the higher frequency on exercise more than female. On the other research, we
found that more of the female like to exercise alone and female would like to call
someone for accompany them.

  • 3. Introduction What is exercise? According to the Oxford Dictionary, it is quoted as “activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness” Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to maintaining a healthy weight; building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility; promoting physiological well-being; reducing surgical risks. While when people don't exercise, it can become very tired. Exercising can help to keep a good sense of concentration and be able to deal with stress better. If you don't exercise, body can become very worn out since aren't having exercise teaching how to control anxiety levels. So, for this assignment given by Ms. Ann, researchers had decided to do a survey on ‘Exercise’. The researchers would like to find out whether if male or female have more exercise. From the given answers and feedback from students based on the questionnaire, researchers can get an answer to see either male or female have more exercise. So through this assignment, the researchers hope to find out the answers through the questionnaire. 3
  • 4. Objective Objective for doing this survey was estimate the population of female and male based on the frequency and target for work out. In these globalization world, when talk about exercise and they would nearly refer to physical exercise. According to exercise, we knew that exercise consist of cardiovascular conditioning, strength and resistance training and litheness. In the other words, exercise also aims as maintain or enhance our physical fitness and general health. Nowadays, people exercise for many different reasons. Some of them reasons are included as beauty, healthy, release stress, hobby and so on. There were three board intensities of exercise and it also divide to light, moderate and vigorous. However, we trying to do the survey for analyse the total number of times and the reasons for doing exercise through female and male. 4

  • 20. Conclusion In conclusion, the result show that male was more likely on exercise than female. So, exercise is something that occurs every single day even though a small action like walk, run, jump and so on. It’s ensue around you and people also believe that in their mind about exercise can maintain their healthy, beauty and something else. However, based on the survey we conducted, it is proved that the male is always have the higher frequency on exercise more than female. On the other research, we found that more of the female like to exercise alone and female would like to call someone for accompany them. 20
