Operant conditioning focuses on using reinforcement or punishment to shape behavior. The learner is rewarded or punished based on their actions to receive incentives.
The author initially struggled in school due to a lack of interest and parental involvement. To improve the author's performance, their parents became more involved by hiring tutors and rewarding good grades with money. This resulted in the author working harder, achieving better grades, and setting higher goals over time, culminating in nine A's on their SPM exam. The monetary rewards from the author's parents represented operant conditioning by associating good behavior and academic performance with incentives.
This document discusses different types of concrete materials used in building construction. A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

46. Conclusion
In conclusion, this survey successfully provided us valuable information about
devotion of people to gym. According to the survey we did, we realize that some of the
gymers can be so determine to work out in the gym for more than one hour especially
those body builder and for those people who aim to lose weight. We also realize that
some of the gymers just go to the gym for less than an hour, probably feeling tired or
lack of time, while some of them merely go gym to socialize and relax themselves.
Besides that, the biggest problem that we found out is some of the gymers do not know
the way of using the equipment in the gym room due to the unclear instruction. Last but
not least, from the survey we did, we found that most of the gymers expect to have
more gym rooms that are opened 24 hours daily so that they are more convenient and
have more choices of time to go for gym even after whole day of working or studying.
We truly thanks to all respondents and all parties that provide help when they
survey is on-going. We also advice and encourage people to exercise more, regardless
outdoor or in the gym. They should refer to experienced friends or seniors, or look for
advices and tutorial online before doing a workout so that they can reach their aim
effectively and avoid themselves from being injured. Taking care of your body
appearance is not a form of vanity, but is one of the ways to boost one’s self-confidence!
