Current Work Activities;
As Information and Business Systems Manager I manage the IT department and business systems for
Tui Products Limited. My primary role with Tui is to ensure IT business strategies; operations are
aligned with IT projects and within budget. Effective ‘Program Project Management’ is a key success
factor for success in this role. Redefining business processes to improve efficiencies throughout the
business that support Tui’s growth strategy. I have a holistic view of business units, analyse processes
and provide solutions to streamline business activities that require redesigning. I manage a range of
contracts for the IT department.
Personal Attributes and Values;
I have a lot to offer and drive to always strive to work smarter not harder; I finished a MBA ‘Masters in
Business Administration’ program in August 2014. I am a happy positive person with a great sense of
humour. I have exceptional people, analytical and problem solving skills. My strengths are the ability to
see inefficiencies in a business and implement solutions. Good working relationships with both internal
and external customers help me get the desired results. I look at process from an ‘outside in’ approached
which is highly focused on adding value to the customer and breaking down the un-necessary activities.
I thrive in a team environment and also can work independently when required. I believe in learning
environments that share knowledge for effective learning.

visibility to manage carrier’s contracts,analyse customer orders in regards to pricing
