Roles and Responsibilities for Products Alignment (HP Toners, Cartridges and Storages)
Sales Planning and Execution:
Manage customer relationships with key customers and the requirements communicated to the relevant
functions in the Business.
Planning and distribution of sales targets F.O. wise/ SKU wise/ Distributor wise/ Route wise.
Tracking daily sales, performing gap analysis vis--vis targets and take corrective actions.
Efficiently handled the relationship between a company and an LSP (logistic service provider)
SCM operations team, coordinated with the warehouse for delivery and extended support to customers
and dealers regarding their orders & dispatches.
Explaining the field force in each market about the Inputs/ Schemes given from HO on each Brand/
SKU with special attention on the Focus brands/ SKUs of the month.
Sending various tracking reports to HO like DSRs etc
Sales Strategy:
Identify potential customers and orders based on marketing intelligence
Review the size and characteristics of the market (domestic), and assess the competitive, economic, social
and political forces affecting growth or decline
Plan and review performance of direct reports and provide developmental inputs with help of weekly
performance graph by JBA (ERP System).
Customer Management:
Identify and manage a very select group of customers who are high value/ high growth customers for the
business across markets, channels and products.
Hand over account management responsibilities to identified account /sales managers and hand hold them
and provide necessary support.
Attend to customer complaints (if any) and provide immediate resolution.
Effectively manage business relationships with key customers to grow business.
Channel Management:
Develop channel strategies and mix, manage the relationships with key channel partners (e.g. agents) to
drive profitability and growth (maximize sales realizations)
Manage sales operations and sales activity to maintain and grow the market share & help achieve business
targets and targeted profitability.

Sales Infrastructure Improvement:
Increasing the number of customers covered by the team and benchmarking the same with other

Periodic reviews & take proactive measures to maintain business continuity in case of foreseen/unforeseen
