• Primary objective being making store ROI positive. Drive revenue generation through acquisition of
Post-paid, prepaid, up-selling data products, dongle/data cards .
• Acquisition of post-paid being the primary objective since the same contributed to highest revenue
parameter in ROI. Also, quality of acquisition played a major role and ensured minimum churn from the
acquired base.
• During the mentioned tenure, acquired some major corporate accounts in CUG like Motorola, Hindustan
Coca Cola Beverages, ICICI bank, Johal and Company Wine Sales, Inpex Ferro Tech Ltd, Maithon
Alloys Ltd, Burnpur Cement etc.
• In addition to sales, also delivered service with a moto of Customer First”.“
Corporate and Individual customer Relations:
• Monitoring and appointment of Rural Post-paid Distribution (RPD) system.

Fresh bulk connection (in CUG).
• Revenue generation from the existing customers:
Build strategies, frame business plans and successfully implemented result-oriented strategies for achieving
targeted growth.
Recorded 5% increment in base revenue from the existing base by acquisition of new customers from
references and up-selling of Value Added Services.
Customer Retentions
• Supervised of Rural Distribution channel to ensure minimum churn and maximum revenue generation and
collection to facilitate their business.
• Analyzed & reviewed the market response/ requirements and communicated the same to the marketing
teams for coming up new products/schemes.
• Utilized public information to develop marketing intelligence.
• Conducted competitor activity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to
achieve maximum retention.
Team Management:
• Determined training needs of associates and conducting suitable training programs to enhance their
operational efficiency leading to increased productivity.
