• Self promoting- they take the credit even
when they have not earned it.
• Spread gossip and talk badly about other who
are not present.
• Distance themselves from failure.
• Extract information and opinion, without
sharing their own.

7. Need to practice good traits of politics
• Actively manage your reputation- promote your
team and people around you who helped with
the success.
• Keep your option open/don’t take sides.
• Don’t badmouth other.
• Focus on your circle of influence.
• Keep your friends close, your enemies closer-the
more you know your enemies, the better you
manage them.
• Think and look for ‘win-win’ solution.
