Introduction
study is based on the management of bullies which students faced during their schools an
d their educational institutes for the management of this problem I have research many artic
les related to the bullies management and also study about the reasons why the students try
to bully each when I observed classroom there are many students who face the problem thr
ough bullies
Statement of the problem
The problem I faced during the research to manage that students behaviour because in the class
the bullying was common there was also a problem little lack of time of the research
Objectives of the study
•Find out the reason why bulling is done in the schools
•To overcome the bulling in the classroom and stop the bullying in school
Research Question
Q1: what are the main reason of bullying in the educational institutes?
Q2: what strategies and techniques should be used to stop the bullying
in the classroom as well as school?

I applied the activities in the classroom to remove and overcome the bullying in the
classroom and institute

Discussion
On the bullying many researchers conduct research to manage the bullying and take an action
against bullying in school and classroom . I want to discover the reason of the bowling in the
educational Institute and also had solved it and find out the different ways to take action against the
Manage bullies and taked action against bullying at educational institutes. I used questionnaire ,
conduct meeting with teachers of the school and discuss my work I also suggest strategies for
overcome bullying
Recommendation
I observed that student bullying in the classroom
So teacher should apply the strategies and techniques for the
over competing. Teacher should using different techniques like
pear workgroup work. Teacher should support to manage the
bullying in the classroom and school through them

Introduction study is based on the management of bullies which students faced during their schools an d their educational institutes for the management of this problem I have research many artic les related to the bullies management and also study about the reasons why the students try to bully each when I observed classroom there are many students who face the problem thr ough bullies Statement of the problem The problem I faced during the research to manage that students behaviour because in the class the bullying was common there was also a problem little lack of time of the research Objectives of the study •Find out the reason why bulling is done in the schools •To overcome the bulling in the classroom and stop the bullying in school Research Question Q1: what are the main reason of bullying in the educational institutes?
