Societal Issues Affecting African Americans
Set in the 1960 s, The Help, emphasizes the societal issues affecting African Americans in the
past and shows eerily similar parallels to our society today. The 1960 s consisted of a multitude
of protests and movements preaching civil disobedience and resistance. This attitude and
behavior, led to the rise of the Civil Rights Movement which is also a major aspect of the film.

Michael Cerveris has a fine grasp of this character. The joy is heard in his voice towards the
conclusion of the song when he s talking about what he will achieve with the razors. Yet
throughout the song he s incredibly staccato on his sections where he should be legato, it s fairly
distracting. While Patti LuPone has an odd way of shaping her vowels, this makes it difficult to
hear her text. Also the speed in the section where Todd and Lovett are singing together is too
slow. It s a point in immense joy for both of them and the music should be faster because of that.

In this paper I will revisit Russon s definition of memory, and three of the aspects that he presents
as important in the memory process. I will also argue that our body play an important role for our
remembering, as does the objects we interact with. As well as present my position on Russon
description of memory demonstrating that Russon s description is indeed relatable to the actual
human experience. Russon s definition of memory is not subjected to one main idea, but rather an
intertwining of related ideas pertaining to experience. He views memory as, What we experience as

The topics of religion and hypocrisy are the major themes of Tartuffe. The play is centered
around a man called Tartuffe, who claims to be a pious and holy man whose every action is based
to please God and follow religion tirelessly. There has been no loftier soul since time began claimed
Orgon (MoliГЁre, 2016). We then realize this man does quite the opposite and [Tartuffe

his warm and grateful feelings toward [Orgon], it s with horns he would reward [Orgon]
(MoliГЁre, 2016). He uses the mask of being religious to weasel his way into gullible people s

The effectiveness of banana stem juice as a natural coagulant for treatment of turbid water was
investigated. The main parameter studied was Turbidity. Coagulation experiments using jar test
was performed with a flocculation system where the effects of Turbid Water pH, Retention time
as well as Dosage of Banana Stem Juice on coagulation was examined. A Three Level Factorial
Design in Response Surface Methodology (RSM) using Design Expert software was applied in
the model analysis. Consequently, most of the actual and predicted values closely agreed with
various regression coefficients. The characteristics of the Turbid water was determined with TSS
at 222 mg/L, turbidity at 143 NTU and COD at 89.36 mg/L, BOD at 44.68 mg/L, DO1 at 11.7
mg/L, DO5 at 6.93 mg/L, pH at 7, Temperature at 27.3В°C. Turbidity reduction using Banana Stem
