This document provides a bill of quantities for doors and windows. It includes 3 sentences describing the items: Precast concrete lintels reinforced with rebar and stirrups, packing pieces of pressure treated timber fixed to structures, and purpose made windows and frames of pressure treated timber including casement leaves, heads, jambs, mullions, and sills are included. Ironmongeries like hinges and locks for the windows along with glazing of glass in panes and painting of timber surfaces and windows with primer, undercoat and finish coats are also part of the bill of quantities. The rates provided are in Malaysian Ringgit per specified unit for each item such as per meter, number, or square meter.

Prepare and apply one coat of Jotun Gardex zinc
chromate primer or other approved equivalent
