the required 21st century skills. Hence studying the issues and challenges related to ICT use in teaching
and learning can assist teachers in overcoming the obstacles and become successful technology users. With
the advent of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) in education, teachers form their own
beliefs about the role of ICT as a teaching tool, the value of ICT for student learning outcomes and their
own personal confidence and competency. Barriers exist in integrating ICT in teaching and learning. The
barriers are extrinsic to the teacher and include lack of resources, time, access and technical support.

Ict based resources
ICT has positively impacted education by making lessons more engaging, motivating students, and helping those with special needs. It has enabled new ways of teaching and learning through tools like online resources, simulations, and digital portfolios. While progress has been made in adopting ICT, many schools still have low levels of effective use and lack sufficient resources. For ICT to be most beneficial, teachers require training on integrating it into their lessons to improve student performance. When used appropriately, ICT can help reduce disparities and empower students in developing countries by increasing access to information and opportunities for learning.
ICT in early childhood education
Nowadays, technology plays an important role in our daily life. It affects human activities, such as entertainment, work, education, etc. For education, we introduce technology into teaching instead of teaching children how to use the technology. However, there may be some potential risks of using ICT in teaching young children. This essay would discuss how to use technology appropriately and the role of using ICT in early childhood education.

to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.

accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
