I have an in-depth knowledge of HR Generalist due to my experience as an HR Administrator for 14 years. As a Principal HR
Administrator focusing on Talent Management, I have demonstrated and have extensive experience in HR Admin, talent
analytics, recruitment and staff movements, using my expertise with talent management systems.
I enjoy being involved in HR project that involves data mining, analytics and reporting.
My goal for the next 2-3 years is to specialize in HR Business Partnering and/or Talent Management Consulting.
