Work Description :
Compensation and Benefits
1) Responsible for renewal of Valuecap's Group insurance policies and present the final paper to the
Management Committee for approval.
2) Responsible as Assistant Project Manager for the procurement process of HRMIS
system.
3) Monitor and process staff claims for payroll processing. (Medical Claims/ Travelling Claims/
Training Related Claims)
4) Fully in charge of Insurance related matters.
I. Preparation of Insurance for Panel Hospitals
II. Liaise directly with Insurance provider on any staff claims
III. Coordinator for yearly Health Screening Program for Valuecap's Group
5) Responsible to prepare the monthly report for Management Committee Meeting.

7) In charge of Employee Relations/Welfare:

3. Learning & Development

and Directors :-
i. Administer staff training as per the approved ATP ie. training registration & confirmation,
payment, administration of in-house training etc.
ii. Conduct Post Training evaluation interview and prepare evaluation report.
iii. Liaise with training vendors / organizers.
iv. Compile ad-hoc training brochures for periodic circulation to departments.
3) Prepare periodic reports / evaluation on the implementation/status of the learning and
development programs undertaken for the year.
4) Prepare a paper of Director's training details to be compiled for Board of Director's review.
5) To administer and update the Company’s Competency Directory and individual competency
records.
