Lubrilys is lubrication management software that helps companies optimize their lubrication programs and lower maintenance costs. It provides key metrics in customizable dashboards, workplans, reports on consumption and costs, and ensures best practices like proper contamination control and precision lubrication through color-coding of lubricants. The software also offers user profiles, data input from mobile devices, document storage, and automation functionality to increase equipment life and productivity.

Lubrication Management Software
Relevant Dashboard
• Pertinent Key Metrics
• Plant general information
• Incident’s related metrics
• Cost KPI’s / Labor cost
• Lubricants consumption KPI’s
• Delayed Tasks
• Keyboard customization
There are many benefits to optimizing a company’s lubrication programme, least of which is the
significant reduction in maintenance costs. Studies have shown that, although, lubrication costs
only account for 1 to 5% of the total maintenance cost, the benefits introduced by an optimized
lubrication programme can total up to 30% of the total maintenance cost. Other benefits include:
• Longer lifecycles for equipment
• Optimized energy consumption
• Increased productivity for maintenance personnel
• Reduced number of production stops
• Optimized use of lubricants
An optimized lubrication programme involves the implementation of sustainable lubrication best
practices. This can be achieved through effective change management by obtaining management
buy-in, delivering adequate staff training and introducing the appropriate process and hardware
changes. Essentially, however, an optimized lubrication programme should be accompanied and
supported by the right lubrication management software.
That’s why we are proud to introduce our new Lubrication Management Software (LMS), Lubrilys®
,
we believe that this product goes a long way to support best practices. Below find some examples
of functionality bringing best practices at the heart of the tool.
Knowledge Management
The “tip” functionality is used throughout the application, providing users with activity-specific tips.
These are pieces of advice or reminders that sustain best practices knowledge, making it part of day
to day operations. In addition to these “tips”, the application also provides a gallery of pictograms
which can be printed out and displayed.
Driving precision lubrication
Lubrilys®
comes with a dashboard
that displays a set of key metrics.
The tool offers great flexibility,
allowing users to personalize the
dashboard with metrics that are
more appropriate for their business.

Tree structure display
Clear and hierarchical view of workshops, production lines and equipments.
• Quick view equipment off and late tasks
• Equipment and task details
Workplans
• Planned activities for a given period are organized in a workplan schedule
• Workplan creation is fully customizable (per workshop, equipment, workforce.)
Controlling contamination
Controlling contamination is a broad subject. It concerns
planning, organizing, managing, and implementing all
activities required to determine, achieve and maintain a
specified contamination level. Best practices for cleanli-
ness control include using fully sealed containers, like the
colour-coded range of OilSafe containers equipped with
colour-coded labels. This enables accurate lubrication
identification from bulk storage to fill point.
In fact it’s all about keeping it clean and protected, and
having a colour coding system that includes the oil, tools,
equipment and LMS.
Today management of knowledge is becoming critical in
industry, particularly within the maintenance sphere. That’s why Lubrication Management Software
is a great help to control contamination; it eliminates paper and reinforce the colour coding for
lubricants and the 5S practices.
Lubrilys®
comprises the feature
that each lubricant has a colour
assigned to it; lubepoints and
lubricants should have the same
colour. The colours in Lubrilys can
match f.i. the 10 OilSafe colours
of OilSafe lids, labels and grease
fitting protectors. A warning mes-
sage is produced if you assign the
wrong one.
Reporting
With relevant and targeted reports Lubrilys® ensures perfect control of lubrication. Activity Reports
(consumptions, costs, labourtime…), Forecasting Reports (workload management, forecasted
tasks…).

4. Data Input
The key for reliable workplan
creation and reporting
• Workplan selection
• Performed tasks validation
• Via mobile device (e.g.
using PDA to scan barcodes
or RFID). This significantly
improves data quality
Multi User Profiles
• Lubrilys®
manages different user profiles. This allows to restrict access to certain functionalities
and to set up different access rights.
• Lubrilys®
also provides secure access to the application with a log-in and password.
• Data sharing ability across a network
• Products, internal and external document archived and available for reporting (safety data sheets,
operating procedures, maintenance guides…)
Automation
Lubrication automation could have the following benefits:
• Lubricating the points more frequently and with smaller doses will ensure that lubrication stays
at an optimum level.
• Automation reduces manual intervention leading to reduced contamination and the elimination
of human error.
• The above will ultimately increase equipments’ lives and reduce costly production stops.
What’s in it for you?
• Excellent return on investment in a very short time
• Optimised lubrication: the right lubricant at the right time in the right place
• Supports quality and safety processes
• Improved productivity and reduced reliance on individuals
• Easy and automated resource management and workload planning
• Lubrication cost control, stock control and planning
• Simplified management of your maintenance operations
Lubrilys®
supports optimised lubrication management programmes by supporting best practices
and introducing functionality to help sustain these practices across the long run.
