3. Manifesto
A manifesto is what we call a potential
leader’s vision or plan.
In a manifesto, leaders set out their
intentions so that people can know what kind
of a leader this person will be
The manifesto makes the leader’s priorities
clear so the people can vote for the leader
who matches their own priorities best.

4. The Island
On the Island, the first thing the boys do is
elect a leader but they do it very quickly
and without a great deal of thought.

would summarise your character’s priorities.
