Approximately 0.1 % to 1.0 % of Oligomer is produced as a side reaction in the manufacture of basic polyester.

COLOUR STRIPPING
Altraplex-WSA Is developed as a wool colour stripping agent. Is a reducing bleaching agent which whitens or decolorizes a substance by
reacting with the chromophores that are responsible for the color of the substance. Chromophore is reduced with
Altraplex WSA to produce a colorless or whitened substance. Hydrosulphite is stabilized with Altraplex-WSA. It can be
used as a catalyst in vat dyeing. The reproducibility of vat dyeings is considerably improved
