• 1919 Founded as a college dealing exclusively with estate
management and related subjects by Sir William Wells
• 1922 Granted the Royal Charter
• 1967 became associated with University of Reading
• 1998 His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales becomes Patron of the
College
• 2013 Degree awarding powers granted
• 2015 Achieved University College status
• 2016 Left the University of Reading campus
