Overview
• When college students move out of the
college hostels upon the completion of their
degree, they tend to be reluctant about
moving out the utility items like bedding,
coolers, cooking utensils, furniture.
• Some of them do move out their stuff, while
rest of them just throw out everything.
Company Goal
• An app should be created which relates
potential sellers with potential buyers within a
college or nearby colleges.
• This could solve problems students face when
they want to sell or buy something reliable,
which also comes at a cheap price.

• Exchanges should have commendable clarity
• They should have reliable products
• Customer Feedback should be awesome
Strategy
• Deals have to be made by people who use the
app
• Money should be paid only after the deal has
been approved.
• Basically, items of any value can be dealt as
long as someone is ready to buy it.
• The company gets a cut on the deal.
Incentives
• The seller or buyer with a good track record,
will be preferentially featured on the top of
the lists.
• As the purchase or selling history increases,
company commission will be reduced.
Publicity
• Regular “college” modes of publicity like
WhatsApp, flyers, promotion during college
fests etc.
Infrastructure
• Company will be mostly managed by a coder
team, accounting team and a marketing team,
since no operations are required.
